* Position Overview:
** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our sales team with policy binding, endorsements, and post-bind servicing. This role is critical to ensuring policies are issued accurately and on time, supporting a smooth home closing process for our customers and lending partners.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and understands the importance of precision and follow-through in insurance operations.##

* Primary Responsibilities:
*** Bind insurance policies that have been confirmed for issuance by sales agents
* Review files for accuracy prior to binding to ensure compliance with carrier guidelines
* Process endorsements and post-bind changes on existing policies
* Complete all backend administrative work required for policy issuance
* Ensure Evidence of Insurance (EOI) and required documentation are delivered promptly to customers and lenders
* Coordinate with sales agents, underwriting, lenders, and title companies to resolve discrepancies
* Monitor pending files to ensure deadlines are met for home closings
* Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within agency systems### ##

* Qualifications:
*** No prior insurance experience required — we are willing to train the right candidate
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
* Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
* Enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn### ##
