- Master's degree in education, special education, or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience conducting bilingual evaluations in school settings
- Conduct comprehensive bilingual evaluations to determine students' eligibility for special education services.
- Administer, score, and interpret assessments in the student's appropriate language while considering cultural and linguistic factors.
- Prepare compliant Full and Individual Evaluation (FIE) reports and develop recommendations based on assessment results.
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and communicate findings to families and educational teams in English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related-service providers to support student needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA, FERPA, state, and District requirements.
