Looking for a detail-oriented, that has technical background in Home Appliance and Electronic Products. Manage to enhance service guide/contents for products and functions and providing improvements. Working independently, translation of complex functional & technical requirement is required, maintaining upcoming technical knowledge is a must

• Maintain technical knowledge within Home Appliance and Electronic Products
• Development, preparation and review of technical documents, test procedures, user guide, installation and service manuals.
• Report and follow up with issues found during reviewing manuals
• Communicate with Product Support teams to improve Service guide/contents quality

• Should be a team player and should have good communication skill to communicate with different group within Company.
• Needs to have hands on experience with Home Appliance products and some basic knowledge for analysis.
• Comfortable to review technical documents and upload to system.

• Associate's / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years experience preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, communication(verbal and written) skills, and organizational and documentation skills

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $30.00/hr non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
