This role is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about client advocacy and delivering results with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage a portfolio of personal injury cases from initial intake through final resolution.
- Meet with clients to assess claims, provide legal guidance, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Appear for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings as required.
- Prepare, review, and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement communications.
- Coordinate with and supervise paralegals and legal staff to ensure cases progress efficiently.
- Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable resolutions on behalf of clients.
- Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience handling personal injury matters in pre‑litigation and/or litigation.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Client‑focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
