Family Law of North Texas is seeking a full-time, in-person Family Law Paralegal to support our litigation team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing family law cases from intake through final hearing.
ResponsibilitiesDrafting pleadings and legal documents, communicating professionally with clients, managing court deadlines, preparing and responding to discovery, and assisting attorneys with hearing and trial preparation.
QualificationsStrong writing skills, ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism, capacity to manage multiple active cases in a fast-paced environment, understanding of Texas family law procedure, comfort working directly with clients, and ownership of case progression and preparation.
