Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary legal advisor for multi-state clinical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations Lead medical malpractice litigation and manage regulatory inquiries from governmental bodies Oversee compliance of MSO structures and provider agreements, including legal review of marketing claims and consumer materials
Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active license and good standing in at least one U.S. state 8+ years of legal experience focused on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters Deep knowledge of multi-state healthcare operations and relevant regulatory frameworks Experience managing medical malpractice defense and regulatory investigations
