Key Responsibilities Manage personal injury and civil litigation caseloads independently, including approximately 20 matters Prepare, format, and file key court documents, maintaining case calendars with deadlines and hearings Communicate with clients and third parties to gather case information and support trial preparation
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal or case manager in personal injury and/or civil litigation law Demonstrated ability to manage litigation case workflows independently Expertise in drafting litigation documents and preparing case management statements Strong MS Word skills for formatting legal documents to professional standards
Experience with case management tools such as Clio Manage
