Key Responsibilities Participates in ALJ hearings as a representative in collaboration with medical professionals and CMS contractors Reviews ALJ decisions and orders from OMHA as required Analyzes ALJ decisions for quality improvement and provides training to decision makers
Required Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the state bar Three (3) years of legal experience
Experience with Medicare claims and participation in Administrative or Judicial proceedings is preferred Resided in the United States for a minimum of three (3) years out of the last five (5) years
