About the role:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to support our Project Management Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, inventory management, shipping coordination, or operations support who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
The Service Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring equipment, tools, and materials are shipped accurately, tracked properly, and returned in good condition — directly supporting successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities- Review and process daily order intake requests, ensuring accurate entry into tracking systems
- Prepare, coordinate, and ship equipment and materials to project sites
- Provide timely shipment confirmations and tracking updates to stakeholders
- Manage return shipments, including creating and distributing return labels
- Maintain accurate, real-time tracking of all equipment and inventory
- Conduct weekly inventory audits and identify replenishment needs
- Coordinate ordering of tools, materials, and merchandise as needed
- Inspect returned equipment for condition and completeness; report damaged or missing items
- Track equipment locations at all times (project site, technician assignment, shipment status, return dates)
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Operations teams to ensure all projects are fully prepared with the equipment and materials needed to successfully execute project scope
- Maintain documentation accuracy within shared drives and tracking systems
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance logistics efficiency and inventory control
- Process MRO purchase orders for assigned projects.
- Perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.
Required:
- Associate's degree in Electronics or Project Management Certification or related discipline is required

The base salary range for this full-time position is Fill External Salary Posting Range Here per year. Actual pay will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
