About the role
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-5+ years of sourcing, purchasing, or procurement experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Net Suite, or similar)
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Experience sourcing for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) or production materials
- Knowledge of supply chain principles such as lead times, safety stock, and demand planning
- APICS certification (e.g., CPIM or CSCP)

The base salary range for this full-time position will depend on factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and business needs. This role may also be eligible for incentive pay, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
