The Supply Chain Analyst will coordinate and expedite the flow of work, materials, and project requests within and between departments according to production schedules. This role serves as a key operational support specialist, utilizing fluent Korean communication skills to bridge cross-functional teams, manage detailed Excel trackers, and consolidate feedback on open action items. The ideal candidate will combine strong organization skills with 2–4 years of experience to monitor work processes and ensure total compliance with corporate standards.

- Project Tracking & Coordination:

Take full ownership of managing Excel trackers. Review, record, and distribute production data, work orders, and shipment schedules while compiling detailed reports on inventory levels and costs. - Process & Quality Monitoring:
Examine documents, materials, and products to assess completeness, accuracy, and strict conformance to established company standards and specifications. - Requirements & Resource Planning:
Review operational documents, production schedules, and staffing tables to accurately determine personnel and material requirements, prioritizing resources to meet production demands. - Inventory Control:
Requisition and maintain precise inventories of materials and supplies necessary to seamlessly support fast-paced operations.
- Education:
High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field). - Experience:
2–4 years of related experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational analysis required. - Technical Tools:
Advanced proficiency with computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel (for tracking and data manipulation) and MS Word. - Industry Knowledge:
Basic knowledge of cost analysis (manufacturing, labor, materials) and familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
- Attention to Detail & Accuracy:
Meticulous approach to recording data, documenting client/customer information, and maintaining trackers without errors. - Interpersonal & Communication
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interface across multiple departments and handle language barriers effectively. - Problem-Solving & Self-Direction:
Ability to work independently under periodic time constraints, manage time efficiently, and proactively resolve open action items.
