• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources.
• Prepare food according to item specifications; plan and execute future and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold‑chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick‑up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others.
• Drive area performance: stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control standards, eliminate waste, provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying member needs, assist members with purchasing decisions, handle payment types, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues and concerns.
• Be a brand advocate; develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive, and team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy and apply these in executing business processes and practices.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt and learn from change, difficulties, and feedback.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Food Safety Certification.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid $0.35–$3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
