Program Manager

CCIntegration Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead complex OEM/ODM integration programs for compute, storage, and network solutions. You will own customer programs from requirements through delivery, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to meet scope, schedule, and cost targets. Responsibilities include program planning, risk management, change control, and status reporting, while driving continuous improvement and resolving issues. In our collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and long-term partnership success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of OEM/ODM integration programs from kickoff through delivery
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and communications
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues
• Manage scope changes, configuration, and change control processes
• Track program performance using metrics and provide regular status reports
• Drive continuous improvement in program execution and operational processes
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to quality, cost, and regulatory requirements
• Support quoting, forecasting, and resource planning for new and existing programs
