Product Coordinator

Heilind is seeking a Product Coordinator to support our wholesale electronics distribution business. In this role you will assist product managers with lifecycle management, pricing updates, and new product setups, as well as maintain accurate data in ERP systems. You will analyze inventory and sales trends, prepare reports, and help optimize stock levels to meet customer demand. Partnering closely with sales, purchasing, and suppliers, you'll resolve product issues, track delivery performance, and support promotions.

Responsibilities

• Support product managers with product lifecycle management, including new item setup and discontinuations
• Maintain accurate product, pricing, and vendor data in ERP and related systems
• Analyze inventory, sales, and demand trends to recommend stock level adjustments
• Prepare regular reports on product performance, availability, and margin
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve product and delivery issues
• Assist with product launches, promotions, and line updates for key customers
• Monitor supplier lead times and delivery performance to support customer service levels
• Collaborate with operations and logistics to align stocking and replenishment plans
• Respond to internal product information requests and support customer-facing teams
• Contribute to process improvement and documentation for product coordination workflows
