Position Overview We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Supply Chain & PSI Planner to manage end-to-end Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) workflows. Working fully onsite, this role serves as a crucial operational hub—balancing customer demand against incoming supply, managing inventory allocations across hub and direct-ship locations, and executing weekly S&OP and PSI strategies. The ideal candidate possesses strong numerical acumen, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, hands-on experience navigating SAP, and the ability to proactively resolve supply constraints with sales, logistics, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • PSI Planning & Forecast Management
    • Weekly PSI Execution:
      Drive weekly Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) planning and detailed variance analysis.
    • Supply & Demand Alignment:
      Continuously monitor real-time sales demand, inventory balances, incoming supply shipments, and manufacturing schedules.
    • Forecast Maintenance:
      Update and maintain AP1/AP2 forecasts based on the latest demand signals and operational supply plans.
  • Supply, Inventory, & Risk Management
    • Inventory Risk Mitigation:
      Identify and proactively address potential product shortages, excess stock, and aging inventory risks.
    • Production & Delivery Tracking:
      Monitor production schedules and Required Delivery Dates (RDD) to ensure product availability.
    • Inventory Allocation:
      Strategically allocate inventory by customer, sales channel, and distribution site.
    • Recovery Planning:
      Develop and execute action plans to recover from production delays and supply shortages.
  • Sales Support & Order Fulfillment
    • Order Allocation:
      Review customer demand and purchase orders (POs) to verify adequate inventory allocation prior to fulfillment.
    • Sales Alignment:
      Manage weekly product commitments and clearly communicate stock availability to internal Sales and Account Management teams.
    • Order Administration:
      Track and manage Delivery Order (DO) and Sales Order (SO) status, executing order cancellations, holds, or releases as required.
    • Logistics Coordination:
      Coordinate inventory repositioning and site-to-site transfers between primary distribution hubs and direct-ship locations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & S&OP
    • Stakeholder Alignment:
      Collaborate daily with Sales, Product Management (PM), Brand Marketing (BM), Logistics, and Corporate HQ to resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
    • NPI & Promotion Support:
      Secure necessary inventory to support New Product Introductions (NPI), marketing promotions, and major retailer account initiatives.
    • Executive Communication:
      Escalate supply risks, trade-offs, and recovery timelines to management and key internal stakeholders.
  • Analytics, Reporting, & Metrics
    • Performance Analysis:
      Conduct quantitative analysis comparing forecast accuracy versus actual sales performance and stock levels.
    • Executive Reporting:
      Prepare weekly PSI reports, inventory aging analyses, stockout risk assessments, and management dashboards.
    • S&OP Participation:
      Play an active role in weekly PSI/S&OP meetings, presenting actionable data on supply, demand, inventory health, and key operational risks.
  • Qualifications & Key Requirements
    • Education:

      Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
    • Technical & Mathematical Proficiency:
      Microsoft Excel:
      Advanced proficiency required (complex formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling, and report building).
    • SAP Systems:
      Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (SD/MM modules) and/or SAP APO/IBP for order management and inventory tracking.
    • Mathematical Aptitude:
      Strong numerical reasoning, statistical analysis, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
    • Experience:

      2–5+ years of experience in PSI planning, demand planning, inventory analysis, or supply chain operations within consumer electronics, retail, or manufacturing environments.
