Krypton Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to keep materials, inventory, and product flow aligned with business goals and customer commitments. You'll set and manage supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures; oversee sourcing, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and purchase order execution; and balance inventory levels to support production while controlling carrying cost.

Key responsibilities include coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution for on-time delivery; managing shipping, receiving, and returns/reverse logistics (RMA) with accurate documentation; tracking KPIs to surface trends, risks, and improvement opportunities; partnering with Sales, Finance, and Production on demand forecasting and capacity planning; ensuring compliance with trade laws and internal policies; and presenting performance, savings, and efficiency updates to leadership.

Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k) plan; and Life Insurance.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your day starts by reviewing dashboards and exception reports-late inbound shipments, inventory variances, open RMAs, and any dock schedule conflicts. Mid-morning, you connect with key suppliers and carriers to confirm ETAs, address shortages, and clear receiving discrepancies. After lunch, you dig into KPI trends (on-time delivery, order accuracy, damage/return turnaround) and turn findings into practical adjustments for the warehouse and fulfillment workflow.

Late afternoon is reserved for cross-team check-ins to confirm upcoming demand and constraints, then you wrap by updating stakeholders with concise status notes and preparing a brief performance readout for leadership.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for all shipping, receiving, and returns transactions in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor shipping and receiving KPIs such as on-time delivery rates, order accuracy, damage rates, and return turnaround times to drive operational improvements.
