Location:

Schedule:

Full‑time and part‑time; days and hours may vary; some weekends; 2nd shift. More details upon interview.

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour to $19.50 per hour.

Job Summary: Floor Technician is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Maintains knowledge of principles of hard‑surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures on hard floor care including stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for cleaning large areas of floor surface.
• Uses proper procedures on carpet and upholstery including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in a related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
