Responsibilities- Lifts 80‑100 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Inspects property each morning and removes trash or litter from the grounds.
- Keeps mail rooms clean—picks up trash, sweeps floors, removes dated notices from bulletin boards, etc.
- Replaces light bulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.
- Replaces all first‑floor window screens upon request.
- Assists with apartment make‑readies—trashes vacant units, caulks, checks appliances and smoke detectors, replaces parts, etc.
- Clears air‑conditioning vents and replaces filters in all vacant apartments.
- Installs, moves, and hooks up appliances.
- Replaces air filters as scheduled for all occupied apartments.
- Clean pools—hoses down the area, clears trash, straightens chairs, etc.
- Performs light painting duties as directed.
- Clears vacant apartments between residents.
- Assists the Lead Service Manager or Service Technician as requested.
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Available for after‑hours emergencies on call.
- May require a valid driver’s license.
