Churchill Residential is hiring an Assistant Maintenance Technician for Evergreen at Plano
, our 250-unit Senior Living Community
. In this role, you’ll work side-by-side with our Lead Maintenance Technician to keep apartments and common areas in great shape while delivering friendly, dependable service every day.
What you’ll do
Assist with apartment maintenance to support resident needs and maintain a safe, clean living environment.
Help keep building exteriors and common areas looking their best, including picking up trash and maintaining clean hallways.
Support completion of daily work orders and help with preventative maintenance
.Assist with make-readies (turning apartments) in a timely way and in line with company procedures and policies.
Apply your skills in areas like painting, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing as needed.
What we’re looking for
At least 2 years of prior apartment maintenance experience.
EPA required
; CPO certification preferred
