- Evoke is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations across multifamily communities. This onsite role leads repairs, preventive maintenance, and service requests while mentoring the maintenance team to ensure safety and top-condition properties.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, strong HVAC/electrical/plumbing skills, and the ability to lead a team. EPA/HVAC cert and Entrata experience are a plus.
