Join TITLE Boxing Club as an Assistant General Manager in Plano, Texas. In this role you will support the General Manager in executing all sales, fitness, and operations functions, delivering an exceptional member experience, building a high‑performing team, and contributing to the club’s financial success.

The AGM provides leadership and direction to the club’s staff, ensuring that brand standards and company policies are upheld while driving sales, membership growth, and overall club profitability.

• Serve as the General Manager’s go‑to resource for daily task delegation, staff management, and communication.
• Deliver the best fitness experience by maintaining member engagement and a high‑performing team.
• Assist with training team members on club operations and sales.
• Obtain and retain a high percentage of membership enrollments by supporting the sales team and managing the execution of club sales metrics.
• Drive the business forward through class packages, private training, equipment, and retail sales.
• Provide direction, motivation, and guidance toward achieving individual and company goals.
• Establish a fun, safe, and community‑focused club culture.
• Help resolve member concerns and, when necessary, elevate issues to the General Manager.

• 1‑3+ years in a managerial role and/or experience in retail, hospitality, or fitness.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, manage client interactions (via call, text, email, and/or in‑person) and team member concerns with an approachable and welcoming energy.
• Fitness enthusiast and boxing experience preferred; however, not a mandatory requirement.

• Availability to work 30‑35 hours per week.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Flexible hours, with the ability to work early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

• Base hourly pay plus commission and/or monthly bonus incentives.
