Enterprise Transformation Program Manager (Contract)

OverviewA global multi-unit consumer brand is standing up a CEO-sponsored Transformation Office to drive a portfolio of high-priority U.S. business initiatives.
We are seeking high-caliber Program Managers to help structure, govern, and drive execution across multiple strategic work streams. This role requires strong executive presence, operational discipline, and the ability to push complex initiatives forward in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
This is a business transformation role — not technical delivery.
What You’ll Do- Drive execution across a portfolio of strategic business initiatives
- Partner directly with executive stakeholders to ensure milestones are met
- Establish governance, cadence, reporting, and accountability
- Track risks, escalate blockers, and push cross-functional teams to delivery
- Coordinate across Finance, Operations, Strategy, HR, and Engineering
- Translate complex and ambiguous initiatives into structured action plans
- Prepare executive-level updates and synthesis
- Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or enterprise transformation
- Experience supporting M&A, integration/separation (“entanglement”), operating model redesign, or growth initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management skills with comfort engaging C-suite leaders
- High diligence, structured thinking, and follow-through
- Ability to operate independently and maintain momentum in ambiguous environments
