Overview

Clear Sight LASIK and Lens is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales performance and enhancing patient satisfaction within our center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. This role provides support to the Center Director in achieving clinical, financial, and organizational goals, while fostering a culture of precision, humility, and exceptional service.

The Sales Manager ensures seamless delivery of vision correction services in collaboration with the Center Director and clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meets Sales Performance:
    • Drive sales initiatives to meet and exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets. You will have a scorecard!
    • Promotes a culture of sales urgency and patient satisfaction.
    • Maximizes our branding, “20/20 or It’s Free” and “Financing Guaranteed,” to excel in Lead to Exam and increase sales.
    • Analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve performance across the team.
    • Collaborate with the Center Director to implement effective, aggressive sales strategies and promotions.
    • Monitor and report on sales trends, identifying growth opportunities.
    • Promotes and supports CoManagement and community outreach efforts.
    • Strengthens relationships with referring providers and community stakeholders.
    • Other duties as assigned.
  • Upholds Patient Satisfaction:
    • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and care.
    • Promotes a Team Culture and Concierge Service Approach.
    • Ensures the patient experience from initial contact through post-operative follow-up, ensuring a seamless journey.
    • Implement and manage patient feedback systems to gather insights and improve services.
    • Resolve patient concerns effectively and promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
    • Remains current on relevant issues, practices, laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Supports the Center Director with all sales department logistics and needs.
  • Ensures Team Culture, Accountability, and Continuing

    Education:
    • Leads by example, filling in any role with the sales team.
    • Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to foster a high-performing team.
    • Participates in staff development and continuing education.
    • Supports the Center Director on all staff performance evaluations and provides constructive feedback to team members.
    • Promote a culture of teamwork and accountability, encouraging staff to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Collaborates with the Billing, Clinical, and Revenue Departments:
    • Provides input on and executes strategies to achieve clinical, financial, and organizational goals in collaboration with the Center Director.
    • Participates in staff development and continuing education in all insurance and billing-related needs.
    • Supports the Billing Department with all billing and collections efforts.
    • Promote a culture of teamwork and accountability, encouraging staff to achieve sales and service goals.
Oversees and Reports
  • Supports the Center Director by managing the Sales and Front Desk Department.
  • Oversees daily sales and metrics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Monitors performance metrics and quality improvement initiatives to optimize workflows and generate reports and scorecards.
  • Navigates complex insurance landscapes to maximize patient access to vision correction services.
  • Fosters a culture of collaboration, respect, and professional growth among staff.
  • Mentors department staff and promotes cross-functional teamwork.
  • Identifies growth opportunities, including new technologies, service lines, and partnerships.
