Interim Senior Project Manager – Billing & Revenue Integration (Contract)

Our client, a rapidly growing SaaS technology company serving financial services organizations, is seeking an Interim Senior Project Manager to lead a high-impact billing and revenue integration initiative.

This role is on-site and has an expected duration of 5 months.

• Serve as the day-to-day project lead for the billing and revenue integration effort, coordinating across Finance, Billing Operations, Revenue Accounting, and Systems teams.
• Manage two project resources, including an external consultant and an internal billings accountant, providing data execution support.
• Lead the migration of billing data from legacy systems into a new ERP environment, including data extraction, validation, mapping, and reconciliation.
• Oversee the structure and configuration of billing and revenue data within the ERP to ensure long‑term scalability and compliance.
• Connect billing operations with revenue recognition workflows and partner closely with the revenue accounting team to ensure accuracy.
• Drive cross‑functional communication, remove blockers, and enforce timelines to meet a firm project deadline.
• Ensure billing and revenue infrastructure is fully operational in advance of upcoming sales activity.

• Senior‑level experience in Revenue, Billing, Order‑to‑Cash, or related functions within a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to lead integration projects, including ERP migrations (e.g., Net Suite).
• Strong operational background with hands‑on execution capability.
• Experience leading and managing junior team members and external consultants.
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue models and billing workflows.
