Project Manager- Product Migrations

As a Project Manager
- Product Migrations in Client Onboarding & Service, you will be responsible for managing multiple migration projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive successful product transitions and optimize business operations.

• Develop and manage a comprehensive program roadmap for product migrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Conduct project oversight and oversee multiple migration projects, providing guidance and support to project managers to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Engage the stakeholders and collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and external partners to define program goals, requirements, and success criteria. Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the program lifecycle.
• Manage resources and allocate them effectively across projects, balancing priorities and ensuring optimal utilization of team members and tools.
• Manage risk and issues and identify and assess program-level risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Monitor performance by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track program progress, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure that quality is assured and all migration activities adhere to quality standards and best practices, conducting regular reviews and assessments to maintain program integrity.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices for future migration programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on product migrations or similar initiatives.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in program and project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Experience in the technology or software industry.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies.
