Plumbing Service Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Department Manager to lead and oversee all operations of our plumbing division. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality workmanship, strong team leadership, and consistent achievement of revenue and profitability goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep residential plumbing experience and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Salary + Bonus pay structure

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plumbing department, ensuring exceptional service quality and operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of plumbers, promoting accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
• Establish, track, and achieve departmental goals related to revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth
• Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation to maximize productivity
• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to improve performance and margins
• Manage departmental budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute short- and long-term growth strategies

• Minimum of 5 years of plumbing management experience
• Strong background in residential plumbing operations
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Contractor’s License preferred (not required)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
