Responsibilities
  • Provide reliable, timely, and professional support for day-to-day project management and move activities.
  • Work with a group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload with minimal oversight.
  • Manage all move-related activity in the assigned region and oversee projects such as restacks, VP Office relocations, AV improvements, FM/Engineering repairs and upgrades, interior fitouts, and minor renovations.
  • Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all move management activities.
  • Plan and manage relocations and supervise move and other vendors to perform project assignments.
  • Ensure client satisfaction throughout the relocation management process.
  • Ensure relocation activities comply with documented processes and client/JLL policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement relocation project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with facility, project, and construction managers; ensure adherence.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in the client’s preferred format.
  • Input data into required JLL and client systems to maintain occupancy information and ensure data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with key performance indicators.
  • Receive and process client move requests; participate in planning meetings with the client and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and update project status reports, review invoices, and ensure timely payment; update tracking reports and maintain due diligence and financial files.
  • Procure and manage move labor, including vendor/contractor bidding, evaluate proposals, and recommend vendor selection.
  • Incorporate best practices into relocation projects; initiate and manage move schedule reviews with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Manage supporting suppliers (technology, tele/data, furniture, etc.).
  • Ensure all project initiation, execution, and closeout documentation are complete.
  • Manage work orders and small project management, including furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements.
  • Determine pricing for non-baseline work (construction-related needs, furniture reconfigurations, relocations beyond baseline).
  • Plan, schedule, and implement relocations; provide the main client contact with dates, move instructions, and orientations for large groups when required.
  • Provide move signage, directions, and be present on site to answer questions and resolve post-move issues.
  • Initiate meetings to review move schedules with vendors and stakeholders; manage post-move help desk and punch list resolution.
  • Plan and direct client file planning and mapping from source to destination location.
  • Develop scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects and adhere to client KPIs.
  • Identify and address risk, logistical, budget, and scope concerns; actively track performance against schedules and critical path.
  • Coordinate sub-contractors, general contractors, and client vendors; manage accounts receivable within approved budgets.
  • Conduct weekly meetings on assigned projects; demonstrate proficiency in Project Development Services technology as required.
