Role Summary

The Vice President of Sales is responsible for leading, developing, and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive consistent, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
    Define and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed aggressive company revenue targets.
  • Performance Optimization:
    Utilize advanced analytics to drive sales efficiency, improve client enrollment metrics, and optimize sales funnels.
  • Team Development & Leadership:
    Lead, mentor, and manage large teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on empathy, professionalism, and results.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Implement technology-driven solutions, including Salesforce, to streamline sales processes, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and enhance the client experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner with Marketing, Data/Analytics, and Client Services departments to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior-level role. Proven track record in high-volume B2C inside sales environment. Call center leadership experience is required.
  • Skills:

    Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills; proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Knowledge of debt relief, financial services, consumer finance or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Attributes:
    High sense of accountability, urgency, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
