About the Texoma Region

Pepsi Co North America is in the midst of a go‑to‑market transformation. Historically, Foods and Beverages operated as separate entities – make, move, and sell were not coordinated across the BUs, which limited the potential growth and revenue synergies of one coordinated, cohesive GTM. Recent organizational changes resulted in aligned regions across Food and Beverages and the creation of the Texoma (Texas + Oklahoma) region, which represents ~10% of overall NA business (~$5B Net Rev).

Texoma will now serve as the first market to combine GTM in a Power of 1 model – we will develop the scalable strategy that combines supply chains, point of sale delivery, and customer‑level strategy across Foods and Beverages.

Team Mandate

Create and execute the plays that unlock growth, increase GTM optionality, and center focus on the roles and people that provide differentiation.

About the Pepsi Co North America Strategy & Transformation Function

We are tasked with shaping the future of the business and ensuring the company invests in the assets and capabilities needed to stay ahead of the competition and maintain market leadership.

This entails developing actionable solutions for some of the most challenging issues facing the company. To bring fresh and disruptive thinking to the ever‑changing macro‑environment, Pepsi Co has Strategy & Transformation professionals aligned to each of our Operating Units, Global Businesses, and to Pepsi Co Corporate. Joining PEPNA’s Strategy & Transformation function will enable you to experience the breadth of our extensive portfolio and deepen your understanding of the business and industry.
