Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring a Technical Program Manager for a temporary assignment in Plano, TX. This is a 6‑month contract with pay ranging from $90 to $100 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.

What We’re Looking For
  • At TFS, we’re embarking on a technology transformation journey, creating next‑generation products and platforms that deliver a best‑in‑class experience to customers and partners.
  • We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to support one of our technology programs. This role requires strong technical acumen, program and stakeholder management, and a process optimization mindset.
  • The expectation is that, as a TPM, you will be hands‑on and drive the delivery of critical business initiatives, managing all aspects of the program, including planning, risk management, communication, and implementation.
  • You are a technical problem solver, anticipating bottlenecks, identifying innovative solutions to resolve roadblocks, and balancing business needs against technical constraints.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage cross‑functional technical programs of inter‑related projects, creating the program structure and shared alignment with teams to deliver business and/or engineering objectives.
  • Collaborate with business, engineering, and architecture teams to design, coordinate, and launch new capabilities by breaking down complex challenges into manageable pieces and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Lead and manage third‑party vendor relationships through a structured contractual process to deliver the desired outcomes from the program.
  • Coordinate launch planning among various teams to synchronize program milestones across multiple workflows into a unified timeline that satisfies both business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Manage the program status by objectively reviewing the program, architectural, product and engineering dimensions.
  • Provide objective and effective reporting from Enterprise Jira, with effective roll‑ups and drill‑downs.
  • Develop and execute scalable cross‑organization processes, mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs to deliver large‑scale programs.
Qualifications / What You Bring (Must Haves)
  • 8–12 years of experience working within large, enterprise‑level organizations, with exposure to large‑scale programs and complex initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with third‑party vendors and a solid understanding of the contracting process, including coordination with legal teams.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and end‑to‑end Agile processes.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Excel, and the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Experience in risk management and a demonstrated ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Added Bonus If You Have (Preferred)
  • Experience in the auto‑lending domain, particularly loan origination, would be a significant advantage.
  • Prior experience in product management would be beneficial.
