Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Project Management principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate cross functional teams and ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct post project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
Skills:
- Strong Project Management knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Skills:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in project contexts.
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
- Knowledge of industry specific regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred. - 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on leading large scale projects.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
