Project Delivery Manager

Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of multiple concurrent projects in alignment with strategic business objectives. Based in Plano, Texas, this role will require a proactive leader capable of managing teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, expertise in project management methodologies, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall execution of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.

- Build and guide cross-functional teams to maintain focus and achieve project deliverables within established timelines.

- Develop detailed project plans, encompassing schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Monitor project progress closely and address issues proactively to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards.

- Prepare and deliver clear, consistent updates on project status, milestones, risks, and financials to stakeholders and executive leaders.

- Coordinate efforts across various business units to ensure integrated and seamless project outcomes.

- Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis to maintain financial accountability.

- Enforce quality control processes while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to ensure their contributions align with project objectives.

- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders by organizing meetings, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment on project goals. Requirements - Proven experience managing complex projects in a detail-oriented environment, preferably within the service industry.

- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and principles.

- PMP Certification is required to demonstrate expertise in project management.

- Proficiency in IT project management, including familiarity with technical concepts and systems.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical and business information clearly to diverse audiences.

- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
