Digital Construction Development Manager

Drives the go-to-market strategy for Digital Construction Consulting

Within the framework of the company's overall business strategy, this position is responsible for developing and managing the marketing approach and alignment between the company's relevant products & services within the scope of our digital construction consulting team. This includes the development and maintenance of training programs, presentation materials, marketing collateral, and ongoing community management of the relevant team. This role will act as a core Subject Matter Expert with respect to the Digital Construction Consulting (DCC) community and support the broader organization in all relevant marketing steering as it relates to our downstream BIM to field strategy.

The core portfolio offering are all the relevant products within the DCC playbook; the core being advanced measuring solutions, BIM-to-Field services & field to BIM services.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's Degree required

* Minimum two (2) years of direct sales or field engineering experience, required

* Experience with Surveying Equipment / Robotic Total Stations and industry knowledge, preferred

* Previous DCC experience required

* Account Manager experience a plus

* Strong marketing, sales, and operational experience

* Excellent planning and organization skills

* Demonstrated strong strategic and conceptual skills

* Demonstrated high-level analytical and problem-solving skills

* Results-oriented and proactive - able to get things done and achieve goals

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong internal and external customer focus
