Job Description
A Fortune 100 client is seeking a Program/Project manager for its Global Network Design (GND) Program, which is a centralized, enterprise-wide supply chain strategy and modeling capability that designs, evaluates, and optimizes the client’s end‑to‑end physical network—spanning sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and customer delivery—across all regions and business units.
The main purpose of this role is to provide best‑in‑class project management delivery to initiatives serviced by the Project Management Office Center of Excellence. This role will be responsible for leading the governance, performance management, schedule management, scope management, and cost management of Global Transformation priority programs to ensure all deliverables are executed on time and on budget and benefits realization.
The role will ensure that Global S&T programs are implemented on‑time and in‑full and the new capability (tool or process) is embedded effectively, by integrating both a strategic, tactical and human‑centric approach that is holistic and gets the most value implementation of a faster, stronger and better process.
The role will own the strategy and delivery of Supply Chain transformation programs/projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all lifecycle deliverables, including governance, status reporting, RAID management, schedule and scope management, and cost and benefits realization.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years of Supply Chain, Finance or transformation roles experience
- Experience in program/project management, agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Highly motivated and decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills.
- Self-starter capable of managing own agenda within a complex, fast paced environment.
- Ability to understand and provide a top‑line strategic view and / or detailed and accurate analysis to support recommendations for Leadership decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders across organizational geographies and functions.
- Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences.
- Proficient in Service Now SPM & Excel
- Understand basics about data centralization and integration between systems; know how to manage technical project deliveries
- Prior expertise managing project budgets of $10M+ MBA
