Recruiter, Talent Manager

Vaco Atlanta is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a CONTRACT-TO-HIRE position in Plano, TX
. Since this position requires in-office work, only candidates living in the metropolitan Dallas, TX area will be considered.

• Source and identify candidates for a wide range of positions in administrative and engineering positions.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers and lead define effective recruiting strategies
• Work with HR to provide white glove onboarding experience
• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner with the leadership team
• Identify areas of improvement within recruiting processes

• Must have a minimum of 4years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines. Agency and corporate experience is preferred.
• Experience working in Workday(at least 1 year) is REQUIRED
  .
• Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must have strong sourcing skills.
• Must be comfortable managing high-volume recruiting.
• Experience targeting data center and construction candidates is ideal.
