• Competitive Compensation – Targeted 1st year annual compensation of $53,000 with an average 45‑hour work week.

As a Management Training (MT) trainee, you’ll learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop a team.

In our hands‑on learning environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also get out into the community to establish essential relationships. We’ll teach you customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn to put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.
