Overview
Drive the strategic transformation of Fed Ex's delivery experience portfolio while leading and coaching a high‑performing team of Product Managers. You will spearhead critical cross‑functional initiatives to resolve customer friction, shaping the future state of customer’s Delivery Experience, aligning product delivery directly with commercial impact.
- Develop and lead a team to set the strategy and program plan to advance the Fed Ex U.S. Delivery experience.
- Drive Delivery Experience improvement as a Customer Experience Steering Committee (CESC) workstream to achieve Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Rate Your Delivery Experience (RYDE) score goals.
- Lead Address Preferred Future State and Commercial Delivery Experience program development as part of the DRIVE Commercial Domain / Network 2.0 Purple Chip work through the Operational product development (PEL) process.
- Manage portfolio of delivery offerings (Proof of Delivery portfolio, Delivery Preferences and management, address quality) as products delivering commercial value, revenue and profit.
- Serve as Customer Location Data Product Business Owner.
- Evolve and support PSP culture, Purple Promise and corporate commitment to Diversity & Inclusion, QDM and Growth & Learning plans.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to set strategic long‑range plans based on a strong customer research, analysis and fact base.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop a collaborative stakeholder network.
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline. Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses. Demonstrated computer skills. Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two years experience.
Skills / Knowledge Considered a Plus- Strategic vision and critical thinking skills.
- High degree of initiative.
- Proven ability to effectively coach others, manage performance, develop team members.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven ability to take a significant amount of information and transform it into a concise, compelling, actionable story. Strong PowerPoint skills needed.
- Superior knowledge of the Fed Ex shipping portfolio and product planning/development process.
- Ability to lead prioritization and execution efforts effectively, positively.
- Success leading cross‑functional and cross‑opco efforts in productive and collaborative fashion.
- Strong analytical skills: ability to identify/utilize research, competitive data, and other insights to guide decisions/ actions.
- Demonstrated leadership in a fast‑paced environment. Team management preferred.
- Strong understanding of Fed Ex Operations.

Memphis range: $9,719.96/mo - $16,523.93/mo;
Pittsburgh range: $10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo;
Plano range: $10,231.53/mo - $17,393.61/mo.
This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a Fed Ex Campus location four (4) times per week.
