Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager

Job OverviewAs a Project Manager at JLL, you will deliver exceptional client experiences through complex construction and renovation projects. You will combine strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality, budget, and schedule. Your role is a critical liaison among clients, contractors, and internal teams, driving tangible results and supporting JLL’s global leadership in commercial real estate.
Responsibilities- Support project executives across multiple concurrent assignments, coordinating and problem‑solving to ensure project success.
- Develop comprehensive scopes, schedules, and budgets, continuously monitoring performance against baselines and critical milestones.
- Manage vendor lifecycle – coordinate RFPs, negotiate contracts, hold subcontractors accountable, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Prepare detailed status reports, process invoices accurately, maintain tracking systems, and organize documentation for audits.
- Plan and coordinate on‑site work across multiple teams to minimize disruptions, mitigate risks, and maintain operational continuity.
- Interface directly with architects, contractors, and client representatives to address concerns, resolve issues, and align with objectives.
- Leverage JLL’s Project Development Services technology platforms to maintain visibility, documentation integrity, and stakeholder communication.
- Minimum 4–5 years of project management, construction management, or real‑estate project coordination experience.
- Proven ability to prepare, manage, and track budgets with strong financial detail focus.
- Solid understanding of technical requirements for business relocations, construction, and renovation initiatives.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel approximately 20–25% to project sites and client locations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively interacting with architects, contractors, and executive‑level clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, MS Project, and other project‑management software.
- Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture specifications, and space‑planning concepts.
- Experience in fast‑paced environments requiring strong prioritization, deadline management, and adaptability.
- Background in commercial construction management or corporate real‑estate services.
- Track record of responding to client change requests while maintaining project integrity.
- Knowledge of risk‑management principles and proactive identification of project obstacles.
- Professional project‑management training or exposure to PM methodologies (certification optional).
