Location: Dallas, Texas (Remote with Regional Travel – up to 30%)
Compensation: $85,000–$105,000 annually
Car Allowance: $800/month

At Securitas, our strength lies in operational excellence and leadership that drives performance. We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to oversee a regional portfolio, providing strategic guidance to 13 District Managers and operational oversight of 4 brick‑and‑mortar locations.

This role is designed for an experienced leader who thrives on building high‑performing teams, ensuring operational consistency, and maintaining strong client partnerships in a fast‑paced environment.

About the Role

As the Director of Operations, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for a large, multi‑site region. You’ll ensure service excellence, drive key performance outcomes, and align regional operations with organizational goals.

You’ll be a trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders — ensuring that each location operates with precision, consistency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Oversight

  • Provide direct leadership, coaching, and operational direction to 13 District Managers.
  • Oversee daily performance and operational execution across 4 brick‑and‑mortar locations.
  • Ensure teams deliver on company standards, compliance, and client expectations.
  • Create a strong culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the senior regional liaison for client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and partnership growth.
  • Lead or support key client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, delivering tailored solutions that add measurable value.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost‑control initiatives within assigned regions.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to optimize staffing, scheduling, and profitability.

Strategic Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Translate company objectives into actionable regional plans that enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Champion new initiatives and technologies that advance the organization’s operational capabilities.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience, preferably in a multi‑site or service‑based environment.
  • Proven success managing teams of managers and influencing performance across large geographic areas.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze and act on key performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for site visits, leadership meetings, and client engagements.
  • Experience in security, logistics, or facility management industries preferred.
  • Salary Range: $85,000–$105,000 annually
