We're entering an exciting new chapter.

Over the past year, our leadership team has been intentionally redesigning how we operate—from our organizational structure and technology platforms to our project delivery processes and operational standards. We're building a high-performing leadership team focused on creating one of the most efficient and process-driven specialty contractors in our industry.

This position owns the strategy, planning, scheduling, execution, and financial performance of every assigned project.

You’ll develop labor strategies, allocate crews, build production schedules, monitor budgets, protect gross profit margins, and proactively solve operational challenges before they impact project performance.

Success in this role requires balancing customer expectations, field operations, labor efficiency, scheduling, and financial performance simultaneously.

Every operational decision should improve project execution while protecting profitability.
