- Dealer Management Overview
As a Principal Process Manager, you will be part of a smart, talented team responsible for creating and enhancing processes that deliver excellence to your customer each and every time. The Principal Process Manager will play a key role in delivering processes that impact the company’s bottom line and strengthen process‑management best practices.
Responsibilities- Lead and own oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborate with teammates on larger initiatives.
- Collect data and information, using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives.
- Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
- Track and resolve process breakdowns.
- Understand customers’ needs of the process and drive process improvements.
- Develop and maintain formal process documentation, including procedures and process flow diagrams.
- Act as a subject matter expert to partner with project customers, clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- May lead a team and direct others on projects.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
- At least 3 years of Process Management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
- Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification.
- 1+ years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management.
- 4+ years of experience in Process Management.
Plano, TX: $98,900 - $112,900 for Principal Process Manager.
At other locations, pay will be based on the associated location’s range at the time of hire.
Role is eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long‑term incentives.
