Sr Operations Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing a unit for a site, region, or product line within the bank's internal operations. It includes identifying, analyzing, and resolving highly complex problems, ensuring compliance with policies, developing and implementing new processes, improving operating efficiency, and ensuring workflow accuracy.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve highly complex problems.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies.

• Fulfill, service, and protect credit offerings for Business Banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management, Commercial and Corporate clients, Leasing and Trade products.

• Share constructive feedback to drive operational excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end processes and ensure adherence to bank and regulatory policy and procedures.

• 2+ years of syndicated/commercial loan experience.
• Experience with Loan IQ.
• Experience managing people or a process in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and analyzing complex legal documentation.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to plan, prioritize, and manage deliverables.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills; able to target messaging to different audiences.

• Experience with GFS.

Minimum:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
