- Manage labor costs within budgetary guidelines for supervisory staff
- Drive patient growth and retention via sales, marketing, and promotional initiatives
- Address grievances and inquiries from doctors, patients, and employees
- Coordinate with leadership to provide necessary support
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage operations, improve patient experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.
