A trusted, Veteran Owned/Operated manufacturer of high-quality printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) for industries such as aerospace, medical, defense, and telecommunications. They seeking an Electronics Technician to support the process engineering team in optimizing and maintaining manufacturing processes and equipment.

Qualifications:
  • Must be a US citizen or permanent legal resident.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Must be able to work efficiently and work well in a team environment with a positive attitude.
  • Must be very detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be punctual and have good attendance.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sustaining, manufacturing, or process technician role
  • Sound knowledge of industry-specific machines and mechanical processes.
Main Functions:
  • Provide assistance related to the review of existing manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Ensure production goals are met and that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Assist in implementing modifications or calibrations that could result in improved productivity or reduced costs in relation to production.
  • Maintain maintenance and ESD logs.
  • Help provide work instructions to aid in the production process.
  • Help provide tooling design/fabrication for the production team.
  • Support daily production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Interface with all aspects of the company’s operations, including quality, materials, and maintenance.
  • Provide support to ensure the company’s goals are met.
  • Execute directions with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to maintain various documents while assuring that they are being implemented.
  • Understand and properly use materials provided by process engineering to perform the job and make sure that all equipment is running properly and safely on a daily basis.
  • Immediately notifying management in the event that any equipment is malfunctioning.
  • Label generation for serialization and product identification.
  • Maintain a clean work area.
  • Perform proficiently at a quality standard set by the company’s mission and commitment statement.
  • Prioritize between a variety of tasks as needs arise.
Additional Functions:
  • Associate will be required to take all appropriate training classes as required.
  • Perform other related and assigned duties as needed.
Experience:
  • Process engineering: 2 years (Required)
  • PCB manufacturing: 2 years (Required)
  • electronics manufacturing: 2 years (Required)
