Job Description-Engineering Technician

Engineering technician Tasks & Duties

Assist engineers in designing, testing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems.

Soldering experience required.

Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of production equipment.

Support the setup and validation of machinery and production lines.

Collect and analyze data on process performance, product quality, and system reliability.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, work instructions, and inspection logs.

Collaborate with production teams to improve workflow, safety, and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).

Engineering technician Shift Info

Day Shift, 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Monday – Saturday.

Engineering technician Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

Engineering technician experience preferred.

GED / High School Diploma.

Able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.

Able to pass a background check.

Able to work in the US.

Associate degree or technical certification in Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (Bachelor’s a plus).

Must have previous experience soldering.

1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on experience with tools and equipment.

Ability to troubleshoot machinery and interpret technical documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
