We're seeking a Parts Disassembly and Repair Associate to join our team. You'll be responsible for disassembling, repairing, and processing e-scooters and their components. This role is essential in maintaining and refurbishing our fleet to keep scooters safe, reliable, and ready for riders.

• Systematically and efficiently disassemble and repair e-scooters and their components.
• Identify and sort parts for reuse, recycling, or disposal.
• Inspect parts for damage or wear and report findings to the maintenance team.
• Safely and effectively use hand tools and power tools.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Help with inventory management by tracking and documenting disassembled parts.
• Participate in training sessions on new disassembly techniques and tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably, some experience in a similar role or a mechanical background.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and components.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and move parts and equipment as needed.
