Machine Operator Tasks & Duties

• Prepare  and lamination materials for production.
• Operate lamination equipment, presses, rollers, or hand tools to laminate and seal .
• Align, position, and feed  into machines to ensure smooth, even lamination without bubbles, wrinkles, or defects.
• Inspect finished laminated  for quality, durability, and accuracy.
• Perform basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on lamination equipment.
• Handle lamination materials, adhesives, and protective coatings safely and according to company procedures.

Machine Operator Shift Info

• Night Shift, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm
• Monday - Friday

Machine Operator Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Machine Operator experience preferred
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to operate or learn to operate lamination machinery and hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, instructions, and safety guidelines.
