Make a difference as an Automated Solder Operator

As a Full Time Automated Solder Operator at Krypton Solutions, your daily responsibilities will involve setting up and operating automated soldering machines with precision. You will be expected to follow detailed work instructions and technical specifications to ensure high‑quality solder joints. Monitoring the machine's performance, you will routinely check soldering quality and make adjustments as needed to maintain production standards.

  • Program automated solder machine for specific assemblies.
  • Operate automated solder machine.
  • Make adjustments to programming and/or elevate solder/machine issues to team as needed.
What we’re looking for in an Automated Solder Operator

To excel as a Full Time Automated Solder Operator at Krypton Solutions, certain skills and attributes are essential. A strong attention to detail will help ensure precise soldering and quality control, resulting in superior product output. Good problem‑solving skills are crucial for troubleshooting any issues with machinery or processes that may arise during operations.

  • 2+ years in manufacturing and/or production of printed circuit boards with verifiable history.
  • Experience utilizing automated solder machines.
  • Related Education is a plus.
  • IPC certification is a plus.
