We're hiring Craftsmen with strong mechanical aptitude for our Fall outage season (October-December). Experience in pipe fitting, boiler making, or iron working is highly valued. You'll be working in power plants across the country, keeping critical systems running. We'll fly you out, put you up, cover your wheels, and hand you the tools. You just bring the skill and the work ethic.

What you'll be doing: Drilling, grinding, bolting, measuring, supporting welders, installing insulation, and tackling the tough, hands-on work that keeps the lights on. This includes work at heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy industrial equipment.
What we need from you:
- At least 2 years in industrial construction
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read measurements, work from drawings, and operate hand/power tools
- Knowledge or experience in pipe fitting, boiler making, or iron working
- Comfortable working around insulation
- Ready to travel, ready to work
