Perform precision hand soldering using techniques such as solder cups, J-hooks, and through-hole methods to assemble and build highly complex cables and wire harnesses;
Assemble cable and wire harness products manually with a high level of accuracy, following IPC standards and engineering specifications;
Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality compliance to IPC-A-610 Class II and III criteria, IPC-A-620, J-STD-001, and customer-specific standards;
Interpret and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and assembly documentation to ensure accurate builds and adherence to detailed instructions;
Identify and promptly report nonconformances, process deviations, and quality issues to support corrective actions and continuous improvement
